This is a very interesting dish (in my opinion). It was recommended by our Chinese friend living in Estonia. It is originally a Sichuan dish. And this photo is by Elaine who lives in China now and grew up in Sichuan province. During her early childhood; she had two great cooks around: her mother and her grandmother. Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks 2
Scorridorot 1 small pc
Ginger slices 3-4 slices
Pepper 1 small sprinkle
Seasoning:

Garlic 2 cloves
Coriander 1 bunch
Millet pepper 2 pcs
Peppercorns 1 tablespoon
Chili oil 1 tablespoon
Sesame sesame oil 1 tsp
Unused soy sauce 1-2 tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon
Cooking wine 1 tablespoon
White sugar 1 tsp
a small salt
Decoration:
Cooked white sesame seeds
Cooked peanuts
