I can’t fairly believe I’m typing these words, but next week marks the 5th birthday of my 1st published cookbook, Sally’s Baking Addiction.
This cookbook is incredibly special to me as it came at the time I quit my job to become a full-time blogger and author. I tested and photographed every single recipe, and wrote the entire manuscript, in only 6 months. Was I crazy? Indeed.
Since then, I’ve added 10 bonus cookie recipes in the paperback special edition. (You can buy the 10 bonus recipes separately, too!) And published 2 sequel cookbooks, Sally’s Candy Addiction published in 2015 and Sally’s Cookie Addiction published in 2017.
What a journey cookbook authoring has been. And I’m hoping for more in the future!
Though most of the recipes in my cookbooks are exclusive to the books, there are some recipes that are also available on my website. Cake Batter Chocolate Chip Cookies, a forever favorite, grace the cover of the book. I truly hope you’ve endelighted this cookbook over the years and I’m genuinely excited because a recipe from this book will be the March Baking Ccorridorenge later this week! (Stay tuned.)
